About our Properties
All beach houses, apartments and villas within Serenity Diamond Beach are individually owned. Owners have the option, but are under no obligation, of placing their properties in the Serenity Diamond Beach letting pool. This gives owners the opportunity of earning attractive and tax-effective investment returns while still retaining the ability to use the property for some of the year themselves. Almost all individual owners have decided to do this.
Fully Maintained and Cleaned
Rest assured that your property will remain in perfect condition. These properties are cleaned and maintained inside and out by the resort manager, who also advertises Serenity Diamond Beach and runs the bookings and accounting processes.
