Payments and Cancellations

All guest reservations will be allowed to cancel with no cancellation fee, change dates or receive a credit or full refund for any accommodation if Government COVID-19 policies or mandated lockdowns prevent guests from travelling to Serenity Diamond Beach on the intended dates. Valid proof of the impact of COVID restrictions will be required on cancellation.

For all other guest reservations, cancel up to 7 days prior to arrival in off peak seasons with no cancellation fee and in Peak Season 30 days in advance. Canceling within the 7 days period you will forfeit your fees in Off Peak season and within 30 days of Peak Season.

The first nights accomodation is required upon booking.

Terms and conditions apply for cancellation of advance purchase or prepaid individual (FIT) rooms, group and conference & event bookings and are subject to special event block out dates.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions you acknowledge that unless we come to an alternative arrangement with you or the named guest, then the credit card provided will be used for payment of all accommodation, for any loss or damage to the room during the stay, and for any cancellation or non-arrival fees. Payments by Credit Card will incur a transaction fee reflecting bank charges incurred by the Company for card payments for Serenity Diamond Beach. Current fees are 1.28% of the transaction total for Visa or MasterCard.
